Delivery

The Seller shall deliver the Product to the Buyer within a lead time of 30 days from receipt of the Buyer’s purchase order.

The Product shall be delivered in accordance with Incoterms as published by the International Chamber of Commerce from time to time. Risk of loss of or damage to the Products shall pass to the Buyer upon delivery in accordance with the agreed delivery term.

The Product shall be packed in a manner which is in line with the packing requirements set out in Appendix A hereto and which is adequate to minimize damage during transport.
