Tina Maria Elena is a Danish-French visual artist exploring intimacy, nature and the female form.

Her work moves between watercolor, oil pastel and light-sensitive processes, with curiosity and experimentation at the heart of her practice.

She first gained international recognition through her Make Love Watercolor series, an ongoing exploration of intimacy and sensuality from a woman’s point of view. Her practice has since expanded into interconnected bodies of work exploring women, nature, transformation and connection.

Her current work Solar Impressions uses sunlight and light-sensitive processes like cyanotype. She creates works on paper and textile, bringing together feminine forms and botanical elements in a new way of painting with light.

Tina Maria Elena has exhibited internationally, including in New York, and her work has been featured in international press and publications.
